Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Positive Identity Sportswear Ltd. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

International orders are not accepted.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Positive Identity Sportswear Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Positive Identity Sportswear Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Positive Identity Sportswear Ltd. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.



Return and Order Cancellation Policies
All goods are custom made to order, we do not exchange or refund money on garments made to order. Custom decorated items cannot be accepted for returned unless defective. Call or write for authorization within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS.

All returns subject to inspection before credit is given.

All returns must be received within 14 days of the date the return was authorized, returns will not be accepted past that date.

Non-personalized items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.

Shipping
Positive Identity Sportswear Ltd. ships UPS Ground for domestic delivery. Shipping service may vary without notice and is the sole decision of Positive Identity Sportswear Ltd.

Washing Instructions
Follow label directions for proper washing instructions, failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the garment or item. Positive Identity Sportswear Ltd. is not liable for any damages due to improper laundering of items. Do not bleach embroidered apparel.
